Description

Responsibilities: Take orders by fax, phone, post, emailand input to the company’s order entry system. Enter and close out queries using the company’s query management system. Input customer prices on the company’sorder entry system and provide pricing information to customers / reps as required. Supply customers with expecteddelivery dates or delivery status,Airway bill numbers etc. Supply customers with product status(e.g. active, obsolete, etc. Deal with queries and process special orders for custom made devices. Add or modify new customer details asneeded. Direct technical queries to theproduct specialists or sales force. Process information and deal withfollow-up queries on returns and complaints. Process requests forliterature, catalogues, etc. Inform customer / reps of accountstatus, e.g. account on hold. Communicate emergency orders/requests to various manufacturing plants using standard procedures. Update the order entry system withdetails regarding sales representatives links with particular hospitals. Provide feedback to and generate reports for the Supervisory team as required. All functions to be carried out incompliance with the company’s Quality Management Systems. Qualifications/Requirements: Leaving Certificate or equivalent andrelevant certificate/diploma. Excellent telephone manner andinterpersonal skills. Excellent data entry skills. Computer literacy: Good working knowledge of Microsoft®Office.
