Our client, a market leading company in the security & services sector, are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join their leadership team. This is a dynamic role that will focus on commercial & sales management as well as supporting & ensuring operational excellence in all aspects of the business. It would ideally suit a candidate with a strongly relevant background in these duties who is looking to progress their career to the next stage. Key duties & Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate & deliver on commercial & sales operations. Provide leadership to the commercial teams & wider groups within the business. Design & deliver detailed marketing & commercial plans. Identify new opportunities & markets as well as expand existing relationships with key customers. Drive change & process improvement projects across the organisation. Undertake detailed competitor analysis to ensure continued market leadership. Skills/Experience Required : 3rd level degree ideally. 4-5+ years in a commercial/sales focussed management role. Proven market knowledge & ability to deliver on targets. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to work with colleagues & customers at all levels. Strong IT & analytical skills.
