To assist the EMEA SBU Management for ESC, by providing administrative/technical support and becoming familiar with the SBU’s products and customers. Position: S. B.U. Assistant. Reporting to: Senior Product Manager. Responsibilities: Assistant to Sales & Marketing Director (EMEA & Latin America. SBU points person for all compliance and contract needs. Liaise with the Product Management and Marketing Teams on: o Internal and external meetings. o New product introductions internationally and globally. o Any general/ad hoc items that may arise for field support. o Marketing material fulfilment. Supportive role of VISTA training programmes. Manage marketing samples and logistics of SBU training models. Manage and maintain relevant SBU systems and databases. Liaise with finance for SBU financial reports. Assist with Post-Market Surveillance efforts. Respond to phone queries and following-up on promotion campaigns. Assist in Competitor Product Searches and analysis. Assist when needed with preparations for training sessions, exhibitions and congresses. Ensure that Cook’s Code of Conduct is considered in all business matters carried out on Cook’s behalf. Qualifications: 3rd Level Qualification in related field and/or equivalent experience. Requirements: Product and/or procedural knowledge would be advantageous. Excellent communication and inter personal skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Proven problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal command of English. Ability to communicate with people for who English is not a native language. A second or third European language other than English is advantageous. High self-motivation.
