AXAP18255-Accounts Payable Processor-9 month FTC. To work as part of the Account Payable team in the International Shared Services Centre ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor accounts within the appropriate payment terms and swift resolution of any Accounts Payable Invoice and Payment Queries. Key Responsibilities: Preparation, scanning and keying invoice data into the Scanning Application and processing of invoices through Unified Oracle Accounts Payable system. Matching invoices and Purchase Orders. Proactive identification and resolution of Supplier related issues. Respond to Supplier queries in a timely and accurate manner. Prompt follow-up on all payment queries. Supplier set-up and file maintenance. Liaise with Sourcing Team to resolve any Purchase Order queries. Work with the Business to ensure invoices are actioned in a timely manner. Review/prepare monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations e.g. AP control accounts, Bank accounts and Fixed Assets. Prepare Weekly Bank Reconciliations and close out any open items prior to Month End. § Run Month End processes for Accounts Payable & Fixed Assets. Participate in Shared Services projects when required. Audit/review of Corporate Card data and follow up of any issues in line with Policies. Key Skills & Experience: Detailed knowledge of Unified Oracle Accounts Payable system. Proficient with financial spreadsheet packages e.g. Excel, Minimum 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable environment. Basic Accounting knowledge. Team player. Good communication skills (written and verbal. Attention to Detail. Customer Focus. Desired: Oracle Accounts Payable experience. Fluent in one or more of the following European languages: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian. Previous experience in a shared service environment.
