Our Limerick based client, a world leading US multinational in the medical sector, are currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to take the next step in their career & deal with corporate level clients in the medical devices & services sector. Your Responsibilities : • Manage orders from customers through the sales & delivery process. • Provide customers with prices & product information. • Supply customers with expected delivery dates or delivery status, airway bill numbers etc. • Deal with queries and process special orders for custom made devices. • Add or modify new customer details as needed. • Manage customer feedback. • Process requests for literature, catalogues, etc. • Inform customer of account status. • Communicate emergency orders/requests to various manufacturing plants & liaise with other internal staff. • Provide feedback to and generate reports for the Supervisory team as required. • Ensure the company's brand and image is communicated in a positive and consistent manner to all customers, both external and internal. Your Skills/Experience : • Full fluency in Dutch & English. • 3rd level qualification in business/commerce or similar is a significant advantage. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • High level of computer literacy. • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (Oracle/JDE) would be a significant advantage.
