Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the company’s Toll manufacturing processes, developing and maintain business relationships to ensure the efficient delivery of product to meet required schedules. This will include forecasts, issues resolution, coordinating information transfer and record maintenance. Work with key stakeholders on future tolling set ups. Engage with tolling partners as required to ensure agreed product supply plans are delivered on time and in full. Manage information flow (forecast, po's, shipments, etc) between tolling partners and all manufacturing sites. Coordinates with internal groups to ensure timelines can be met – ensure that material is released in time to meet company’s objectives (including analytical data and mfg. records while ensuring compliance to relevant standards and specifications); Establish, maintain, and manage appropriate inventory positions of drug substance and drug product for all company programs as required. Engage with S&OP process within the site and ensure all appropriate inputs to Global S&OP process are available as needed. Identify areas of opportunity within supply chain to support a more efficient and effective supply chain. Effective Partner Relationship Management – Assure delivery of products from Tolling sites that meet quality, customer service and cost requirements in line with Service agreements. Be the key point of contact for tolling relationship with external partners ensuring tolling principles are adhered to at all times. Partner effectively with Contract Manufactures, External manufacturing, Supply planning, Materials Management, and other functional areas as needed to monitor and improve key performance metrics. Provide analysis of key supply chain information (forecast, po's etc) to support decision making as required. Education and Experience: BS/BA in Business or Engineering discipline with 5+ years of related experience, preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry, may substitute relevant industry experience in lieu of educational requirement.
