Our client, a leading Co. Clare based company in the not-for-profit sector, are now actively recruiting for a Services Manager to join their senior management team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in the strategic development of the group as well as supporting the delivery of a range of charitable services in a dynamic & rapidly changing sector. This position would ideally suit an experienced candidate with previous, relevant sectoral experience as well as a strong ability to deliver on the core values & ethos of the organisation. Core Responsibilities : • Work in tandem with the senior management team to ensure effective & efficient running of the organisation. • Coordinate the ongoing evaluation & development of services in order to ensure consistency, continuity & improvement in the services offered. • Oversee the professional development of all staff members, particularly in relation to statutory requirements. • Ensure adequate training & support is in place for staff members. • Liaise with stakeholders, both locally & nationally, to ensure the best interests of the organisation are represented. • Liaise with media on an on-going basis. • Support on-going change & business analysis. • Assist in the development of financial plans & budgets to ensure the organisation achieves it’s agreed objectives within expected parameters. Skills/Experience Required : • 3+ years management experience in a similar not-for-profit/charity/government body. • 3rd level qualification ideally. • Proven collaborative leadership experience & an ability to motivate staff across all aspects of the business. • Excellent strategic thinking & change management abilities. • Excellent IT skills.
