What you need to know. You will work as a Project Manager (Derivatives Change Management) our client, an investment bank company in Limerick. Working as a Project Manager (Derivatives Change Management) a leading provider of investment management, asset and fund administration, fiduciary and banking solutions for corporations, institutions and affluent individuals worldwide. This is a 6 month contract job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: This role will be responsible for the execution of change projects for the Derivatives business function. Deliver project planning, budget management, stakeholder management, quality assurance and scope/requirements management. Maintain project communication internally/externally; ensure management is aware of status/issues/risks. Monitor spend-to-forecast to approved budget and report variance. Be accountable for the application of the Change Management approach/methodology, reporting and governance model across all change initiatives. Work closely with the Portfolio Project Manager and Sponsor to understand the business objective and scope of the work. Conduct process analysis of assigned activity, utilize appropriate business tools and provide comprehensive documentation of the as-is and future states with all supporting documentation, stored in the appropriate location. Proactively collaborate and communicate with partner groups, in particular the supported business function and the Change Management Consultancy and IT. Identify the types of testing required as per the applicable project methodologies. Create comprehensive test material as required to thoroughly test all components of the solution. Plan, analyse, and present the stakeholder requirements with internal IT teams and external vendors. Identify gaps and shortcomings in solutions and builds long term relationships with technology teams. What are we looking for? Desirable: Project Management certification (PMP or Prince2 preferred. Familiar with Agile /Scrum framework (PSM or CSM desirable. Experience managing multiple projects at the same time. Experience from a financial institution desirable.
