A Quality Specialist (Facilities dept.) is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based biopharmaceutical client. Please contact Conor Twomey for more information. THE ROLE: * Provide support, information and assistance to individual groups and supervisors with the initiation, review, submission and follow-up of documents such as CC's, NOE's and DNF's, impact statements and corrective action plans. * Participate in investigations and root cause analysis for all Facilities Department issues of non-compliance. * Provide tracking and trending for all facilities and maintenance related compliance activities i.e. NOEs, EOE, DNF and CAPA. * Maintain quality records and inspection reports pertaining to cGMP related equipment and systems. * Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BE in engineering or scientific related field with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Compliance function in a cGMP environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels of the organization. * Strong technical writing ability and investigational skills. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS.
