We are currently recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to work within a large multinational company based in Shannon, Co.Clare. JOB OVERVIEW: • Provide first line support to valued customers and regional sales staff in their markets. • The ideal candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative and also work as part of a team and engage with many functions (operations, supply chain, distribution, finance and sales) in order to deliver. • The role will involve working on a number of systems (CRM and JDE) in order to complete sales order processing, customer set-up and maintenance, consignment stock management, return of materials, quotations, management of customer queries and complaints along with pricing, supply chain and logistics queries. DUTIES AND TASKS: • Ability to provide an excellent professional support to customers & sales. • Order Management for EMEA customers. • Quotations processing. • Management of customer queries and complaints. • Data integrity of customer profiles. • Consignment commercialisation. CRITERIA SKILLS: • The ideal candidate will be confident, articulate and professional and be capable of championing Customer Service. • Excellent communications skills; both written and verbally ( additional European language an advantage ) • Ability to represent the Voice of the Customer with strong ownership of issues. • Experience with JDE and CRM and Microsoft office suite is a pre-requisite in order to be successful. • Accuracy and attention to detail. · eFlexes applies the principles of fairness and equality of opportunity in employment.
