A Senior HR Business Partner is required for a 6 month contract role with a fantastic manufacturing multinational based in Limerick. This brilliant opportunity is available to HR professionals with 5 years HR Business Partner experience. The main focus of the role will be to provide comprehensive high quality customer focused HR support across a broad range of HR activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive Employee Relations experience as well as strong commuication, stakeholder management and commericality in order to be successful in this role. Role responsibilities will include: Communication: * Liaise with Business partners ensuring consistent roll out of HR policies & communications. * Attend Informal Discussion Forums and Breakfast meetings facilitating updates to Senior Management. * Provide information for HR monthly reports. * Support Employee Benefits communications in line with Total Reward strategy. Finance: * Support HR Business Planning & Headcount Process. * Manage and support Payroll activity on behalf of HR Dept which includes Bonus process and Salary benchmarking for the site. * Ensure Departmental spend is within budget while maintaining superior service. Employee Relations: * Provide support and advice on Employee Relations matters. * Provide support and advice on Employment Legislation. * Manage monitoring & reporting of Absence, Lates, etc. * Advise People Managers on Performance Improvement Guidelines. Recruitment: * Manage the Recruitment & Selection of direct and indirect employees within the Plant and Global Supply Chain. * Manage contract renewal process. * Engage with J&J Campus Ireland group on all recruitment activity. Health Safety & Environmental: * Play an active role in HSE within Company. * All employees are responsible for minimising both the Environmental and Health & Safety effects of the work that they perform. Learning & Development: * Support Management/Employee Development. * Manage Organisational Talent Review Process (Talent Navigator. * Manage Succession Planning & Career Development. * Support J&J Learning & Development initiatives. * Management of Performance Review Process. * Support Mentoring Program. Project Management: * Lead & support business related projects, where requested, to drive HR & the business forward. Key Competencies Required: Excellent Commuication Skills. Empathy/Approachability. Employee Relations Experience. Tact & Diplomacy. Strong Influencing Skills. Qualifications: 5 years experience preferably in manufacturing (Medical Devices/Health Care Industry. CIPD Qualified.
