Fashion Store Manager Limerick. The Company. Our client are an international fashion retailer looking for a Branch Manager to run their Limerick Store. Responsibilities. Day to day running of the Store. The ability to motivate, lead and inspire staff. Ensure KPI’s are being reached, and sales targets are being met. Ensure team delivers exceptional customer service at all times. Responsible for all staff training and development. Maximse sales by ensuring merchandising standards are adhered to. Requirements: Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Fashion Retail Management. Experience working with KPI’s and hitting Targets. Be very ambitious, motivated and driven. Benefits.
