FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER FOR A STUNNING PROPERTY IN CO. CLARE. We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Manager in a stunning Hotel in Co. Clare. Ideally the candidate will have a strong hotel/Duty Management background with experience in staff training and development. The successful candidate will: 3 years experience in a similar role. 4* or 5* hotel experience is necessary. Manage and train staff by maintaining and introducing new procedures. Must be extremely organised. Improve and introduce prodecures across the food & beverage outlets. Manage a busy hotel bar and restaurant. Have an eye for detail and service standards. Customer care must be at the forefront of every decision. Hotel Management degree is desirable. Salary. This is a beautiful hotel offering an attractive salary of up to €50,000.
