Description

Marketing administrator. Exciting opportunity for a high-performing Marketing administrator/ Teneders coordinator to join our ambitious proposals team. This team is focused on improving Cpl’s overall engagement with clients in competitive bid situations, and ultimately our win rate. You will play a key role in helping to take our proposals function to the next level. You will have specific responsibility for helping to prepare and collate proposal documentation, developing our proposal processes & support services, and reporting on overall activity. Key responsibilities. Monitoring potential proposal opportunities through e-tenders and other relevant sources. Analysing proposal request documents to identify key content requirements. Categorising and updating a central database of bids/ tenders information including frequently requested company information, case studies, CVs, services, client listings, client testimonials etc. Preparing and collating high-quality first-draft professional proposal submissions from our existing database content. Coordinating, integrating and editing the content (text and graphics) of the final proposal document. Taking ownership of its timely review, sign-off and submission. Communicating with relevant internal staff through-out the bid process. Identifying, creating and developing new frequently requested content/ copy, case studies etc. Working with the wider proposals team to introduce standard bid management processes, templates and work practices. Monitoring and reporting on overall proposal activity on key internal databases. Preparing draft communications on proposal success stories and lessons learned. Providing administration support across a number of other marketing/ communication projects. Desirable qualifications. Third level qualification in a business disciple or business administration course would be preferable. 3-4 years’ experience in a PA or office administration role, ideally working in a similar fast-paced environment. An understanding of commercial tendering and associated processes involved in producing tender submissions, would be a distinct advantage. Very comfortable using the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint) to include manipulating text, pictures, and other material to create professional documents/ templates. Flexibility in working hours when required for bid submissions. Excellent time management skills. Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet deadlines.
