A Test Development Engineer (MES) is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Co Limerick based manufacturing client. Please contact Diarmuid Buckley on 353 21 4355432 for more information. THE ROLE: * Implementation of MES (Manufacturing Executions System) on production lines worldwide. * Support and debug of existing MES solutions. * Provide support to test engineers on ongoing projects, including test development and MES. This includes wiring, development and testing. * Provide test engineering support to production as necessary. * Provide test engineering support for new and ongoing test development projects. * Set up and implementation of MES on new products on different platforms i.e. ICT, AOI, End Test etc. * Provision of training on MES systems. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering discipline or equivalent (Level 8 on NFQ. * 3 years industrial experience in a Test Engineering / Programming role. * Functional Test, ICT, AOI, Flying probe technology knowledge. * Software programming (Visual Basic) desirable. * Programming experience of IEEE based Test Equipment.
