THE ROLE: * Experience working in a medical device / pharma industry, in either Engineering or Operations areas. * Experience in project management including new product introduction and continuous improvement projects. * Effective at working through others to deliver goals, self-driven, focused, organized and with a strong sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Experience in working in a dynamic and fast moving environment. Experience in resolving conflicting prioritization to ensure project success. * Experience managing / coordinating people and teams to achieve a common goal / deliverable. REQUIREMENTS: * They should have experience in creating and updating documentation in a regulated environment. * Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint & MS Project. * General technical competency in a broad range of automation. * Third level degree in a technical discipline.
