What you need to know. You will work as a Transfer Agency Analyst within the Dealing Team for our client, a leading provider of investment management, asset and fund administration, fiduciary and banking solutions for corporations, institutions and affluent individuals worldwide. The role is based in Co. Limerick. This is a 12 month maternity contract role offering a competitive salary. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: The analysts will be producing reports for clients following a strict checklist and creating tasks as a result for the senior team members. Day to day processing work, quality checks and assurance. Day to day oversight of processing quality and timeliness in Bangalore, seeking appropriate information from local management there where required. Escalation point for unresolved issues to the Bangalore TA team. Day to day client reporting - Prediction reports, cash reports. Workflow queue management and analysis. Achievement of monthly KPIs. Procedure maintenance following the change control process. Compliance with regulations and attainment of client specific processing requirements. To work with the team, internal departments and group projects area on any allocated projects. What are we looking for? 6 - 12 months experience from a Finance background ideally within a mutual fund administration or TA. Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills (Essential. Microsoft office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel are essential. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this fast paced role. Excellent planning and organisation skills. Flexible approach to work. Ability to review and resolve complex issues. Ability to work under pressure meeting challenging deadlines.
