Technical Support Specialist X 3. Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding Clare based Company to recruit2 Technical Support Specialists to be based in Co Clare. Company will consider Jnr Technical support candidates and may consider IT Degree graduates with any S/W development / Tech support skills. The role has excellent potential to develop into a business analyst or development role in future. The position may involve some international travel. Main Purpose of Job: Provide first-line technical support to customer. Dealing with technical issues and information about companies Software & Hardware IT products. Technical support on PDA’s (palmtop computers. Running Database queries and some S/W testing. Manage full cycle of each customer issue and escalate it using your independent judgement and experience to diagnose and troubleshoot problems or identify cases for escalation. Required skills: Technical /Hardware/Software experience with any SQL or S/Wtesting experience advantageous. Excellent communications, interpersonal, commercial & organisational skills. Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment. Proven ability to work under pressure and in an ever-changing environment. Self Motivated and Managed.
