Now, they are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Support Executive to join their team. You will take part in a comprehensive nine week induction training course, as well as structured continuous development and training to ensure that you succeed and flourish in your role. As a Customer Care & Sales Support Executive, you will provide a first class level of service to clients and ensure that they enjoy the full benefit of our client’s hearing aids. Specifically, you will: - Follow up telemarketing leads and secure appointments with potential clients. - Conduct hearing tests in-line with ISHAA standards. - Ethically prescribe any hearing solutions which are required and meet clients’ needs. - Process orders in a timely manner and minimise refund rates. - Complete case reports, monthly reports and audiograms. - Help to provide a high quality after sales support service. To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need: - Experience in a customer care and/or service environment. - Strong administration experience. - A high level of IT literacy. - A good level of education, including a leaving certificate. - A full driving licence.
