A large US Biotech start up in Limerick have an immedate requirement for an experinced Supply Chain Manager coming from a GMP background to join their team. The Manager of Supply Chain Systems and Analytics will be responsible for managing a mix of supply chain related projects that significantly impact the overall Supply Chain function and provide exposure to a wide range of individuals and functions. The Supply Chain Manager will deliver administrative support for Inventory systems, capacity planning and support toll manufacturing initiatives. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Overall Strategy and Management of Planning and MDM. • Effective Partner Relationship Management - Assure delivery of products from Tolling sites that meet quality, customer service and cost requirements in line with Service agreements. • Partner effectively with 3PLs, Raw Material Suppliers, Supply planning, Materials Management, and other functional areas as needed to monitor and improve service level metrics. • Manage site integration into the Global S&OP process. • Evaluate and implement supply chain management best practices. • Manage overall risk mitigation program/strategies for direct materials. Develop commercial supply chain infrastructure, systems and procedures to ensure flawless control of the logistics for new product launches, including (a) Managing third party logistics provider; (b) Trade Compliance (c) Inventory (d) Transportation carriers. • Ensure all external suppliers meet GMP, GCP and other regulatory requirements and guidelines. • Continuous improvement of systems and resource planning processes with the goal of maximizing the use of our internal and external customers. Provide management with analysis of current delivery processes and proactively make recommendations on opportunities to improve these processes. Required Skills: • BS/BA in business or scientific discipline with 8+ years of related experience in a project management and supply chain operations. Will substitute relevant industry experience in lieu of educational requirement. • Must be familiar with the concepts of toll manufacturing and customer relationship management to support toll manufacturing. • Financial Management skills, product costing, business case development and analysis. • Success in delivering continuous improvement in an environment of change.
