French & Italian Customer Service Executive. A Global company based in Shannon is seeking a candidate who is fluent in French & Italian to join its Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering new and existingcustomer queries in line with company policies and procedures. This is a permanent position with a gross annual salary of 25,000. Main Duties: Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner. Provide customers with solutions in the most cost effective way. Maintain contact with customers to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. Take and process customer orders through the telephone, email, post and fax. Understand the Features & Benefits and prices of products. Identify and upsell available promotions. Build Customer Satisfaction through post sales follow up. Liaise with Customers on “Exchange and Returns” process. Essential Requirements: Fluent French. Fluent Italian.
