Our Client based in Limerick has an excellent opportunity for an Office Co-ordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience of managing the day to day operations of an office environment and a demonstrated ability in managing multiple projects. This is a new position in the company and the candidate should have a positive and energetic approach to the role. Key Responsibilities of the Office Co-ordinator: Liaise with staff and preferred suppliers. Maintain Office Administration to include supplies budget and stationary. Facilities Management. Fleet Management. Support HR and Coordinate and schedule Training. Manage travel bookings and general day to day requirements. Reception duties and preparation of meeting rooms as required. Other tasks as required. Candidate Profile: 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Microsoft office / Calendar scheduling through Outlook. Strong interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail. Works to a high standard and has an ability to build rapport with individuals at all levels in the organisation. Ability to be flexible and be open to a growing and changing environment.
