HR Business Partner Are you looking for the next step in your career as a Human Resources Professional? Our client, a leading multinational in the Mid-West are now looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join their team. It is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking HR professional to progress their career in Human Resources. This role would ideally suit someone who has the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the business. Key Responsibilities Implementation of key HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance. Partners with the business and Ireland HR team to provide expertise and excellent HR support to the key stakeholders. Leader of HR projects. Coaches and mentor’s business leaders regarding HR issues and facilitates effective decision making. Communicates to business leaders on key HR Metrics including Absenteeism, Engagement, Employee relations and management of headcount. Development of team plans in conjunction with key stakeholders to drive business strategy. Building trust and maintaining relationships with employees and leaders. Involvement with change management and Organisational design. Requirements 4+ years’ experience in a HR role. Diploma in HRM(CIPD) accredited or equivalent is necessary (Level 8 degree in a HR discipline is an advantage. Strong negotiation skills. Operates with high level of integrity and confidentiality. Proficient in all Microsoft Office suites. Ability to work as part of a team but also on own initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
