***hot job*** are you an ambitious, enthusiastic & driven sales & key account manager, ideally with 2-3 years’ excellent field based or inside sales experience, who needs a new challenge? or are you now looking to take the next step in your career? our client, a highly successful indigenous irish technology solutions company are now expanding their sales team & are planning to hire 1 field based & 1 office based sales account manager. the company : our client is a dynamic organisation who design, develop & distribute production & shipping technology solutions to the clients in sectors such as life sciences, medical devices & electronics manufacturing across ireland & abroad. established in 2000, this company has undergone significant growth since start-up & are now entering a new & exciting next stage of their development. the jobs : inside sales/key account manager – based in the sales office, reporting to the sales director & acting as a key part of the inside sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, preparing customer quotations/tenders, managing existing clients & sourcing of new business across the sectors they operate in. in addition to these duties you would be expected to undertake market & competitor analysis, drive customer engagement & support field based sales colleagues. field based sales account manager – initially you will cover similar duties to the above role but following an intensive training period over a number of months, you will then move to a client facing sales role interacting directly with key accounts, manage trade shows & events, develop new business across your assigned market sector & grow market share for the company. additional duties on both roles will involve designing & delivering accurate sales forecasts, analysis, taking ownership of sales improvement initiatives & all aspects of reporting through to senior operations colleagues. your skills/experience that we need : • 3rd level degree/qualification in business, it or engineering field. • 2-3+ years in a corporate/business to business sales role, either field or office based. • experience gained in the manufacturing sector would be an advantage. • proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels. • excellent presentation skills & ability to understand complex market data & client needs. • a full & clean driving license for the field based sales role is essential. the offer : both positions are on offer with a basic salary of 24-28k with an uncapped commission/bonus structure which would deliver an ote of 40-50k approx. more importantly than that is the chance to be part of this company as they enter a new, highly exciting growth phase. how to apply : if you’re interested in applying, or want to know more about this job 1st before making an application, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick on 061221701 or email your cv tothomas.hogan@cpl.ie. for a full list of our open jobs, have a look atwww.cpl.ie. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
