The development of a new Spa facility in Adare Manor is an exciting aspect of the renovation program. The Spa will be sited in the heart of the hotel, a tranquil oasis of relaxation overlooking the River Maigue. We will have 5 rooms, where our team of therapists will provide a diverse range of treatments, massages, facials and manicures after which guests/clients may relax in our relaxation room or enjoy the pool, sauna and steamroom. The Spa Manager will lead a large team of therapists and spa assistants (8-10 pax) and will responsibility for the overall management and revenue achievement of this facility within the Resort. He/she must be fully qualified and hold either ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualifications. A minimum of 3-5 year's experience as a Spa Manager within a 5 star hotel/luxury brand outlet is essential. Strong financial acumen along with sales/merchandising inventory management experience are also required for this role as are good computer skills. In addition, this person must be guest centred, good interpersonal skills, have a gentle understated manner, be immaculately presented, display natural elegance and well-being balanced coupled with inspirational leadership talents, effective organisational and management skills.
