The Carriage House operation has been expanded and will now cater for 300 guests divided across an evening steak house restaurant, all day dining space, a bar, a private dining room and lounge. In addition to catering for hotel guests, club members, local residents and visitors to the Manor, we envisage substantial group business during the summer season. This is an extensive F&B outlet will be the contemporary alternative to the Manor itself. Here we aim to create an atmosphere that is dynamic, eclectic with a modern twist whilst still upholding seamless 5 star service delivery. The idealleader will have excellent F&B managerial experience; be a very hands on person; be involved operationally in each outlet and who will build relationships with the local community as well as hotel residents and visitors. We envisage that a large proportion of the business within the Carriage House will be drawn from a local audience and building these relationships will be key to the success of the outlet. He/she must be an inspirational leader with excellent food and beverage knowledge with good insight into wines and cocktails. He/she must have excellent organisational skills, be able to handle busy environs and lead his/her team effectively with passion, flair and motivation. Strong financial acumen is important for this role along with a natural leadership ability as this outlet will carry one of the largest teams on the Resort.
