Working with the LotusWorks team as a Senior Process Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing key business improvement initiatives for manufacturing lines & support functions. You will define opportunities, analyze data, design manufacturing line flows, and improve business processes. Your Responsibility. Responsible for developing a strategy and executing plan to deliver process performance improvements related to Quality, Delivery, Reliability and Cost of a manufacturing process or line. Develops strategy, change management plan, and execution plan to improve flow of products. Leverages process knowledge to identify opportunities / solutions to improve throughput capacity by reducing impact of constraints. Is responsible for driving associates’ engagement and for developing Lean and Six Sigma capabilities through coaching and mentoring. Sustains business improvement results through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Facilitates PEx trainings, business case definitions, and results presentations; as required. Follows and observes all regulatory requirements (GMP’s, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility. Complies with safety requirements and safe working conditions and practices in the department. Improvement initiatives are led by enlisting and influencing cross-functional teams that deliver tangible business results through the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles, methodologies and tools. Utilizing business, leadership and technical skills, the Senior Process Excellence Engineer will both execute projects and mentor all groups (associate to management) at the site, developing a continuous improvement culture. Requirements. A minimum of a Bachelors degree is preferred in an Engineering or Science discipline. Additional Essential Requirements for Process Excellence Engineer and Senior Process Excellence Engineer Roles: An advanced degree, such an MS or an MBA is preferred. Certified Quality auditor qualification is preferred. Lean/Six Sigma certification, Green belt minimum but Black Belt or Master Black Belt is preferred. Benefits. Life Assurance.
