Description. We have a lovely role available in Limerick for a person interested in further developing your career within the motor industry. Title Customer Service Advisor. Industry Motor. Salary €27k. 23 Days Holiday, Pension. Location Limerick. Summary. As the Customer Service Advisor you will meet and greet all visitors to the branch and answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. Considering the fact that you have previously worked in the motor industry, you understand the importance of putting your best foot forward when dealing with customers. You are organised and great at administration and you ensure all paperwork is completed and filed accordingly. You will also ensure that all checks are completed on all vehicles. Again you have an understanding of the importance of health and safety and therefore will ensure that a strong H&S culture is maintained throughout the branch. As a team player, you are happy to work in rental or service and are flexible to be able to jump onto either desk when required. You are also at ease with lots of paperwork and are efficient at organising lots of paperwork into meaningful files. A customer database is used in the branch and you will have excellent computer skills and be able to quickly and easily get to grips with this database as you'll be using it on a daily basis. You have a friendly manner and also understand the importance of being friendly but professional at all times. You won't be working on your own - you will be working with the Branch Manager and Rental Manager and as you like to get involved, you will support them where needed. In your previous experience you may have had some invoicing experience - which would come in really handy here as then you can talk to customers about invoices and ensure there is a quick resolution to any queries.
