What you need to know. You will work as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator for our client, an investment bank company in Limerick. Working as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator a leading provider of investment management, asset and fund administration, fiduciary and banking solutions for corporations, institutions and affluent individuals worldwide. This is a 9 month contract job. Your new job. Key duties & responsibilities: This role is purely a coordinator role within the HR/TA department. Arranging and co-ordinating high volume of interviews as requested by the Recruiters and Senior Recruiters . · Liaising with candidates and agencies with regard to interview activities. Ensuring that required manager interview feedback is received and recorded for compliance purposes. Updating internal hiring systems to reflect interview/candidate status. Issuing all employment contracts and offer packs and tracking hiring procedures to start date. Supporting recruiter(s) with induction for new hires and on-boarding. Coordinating Internship programs across the business. Advertising vacancies on job boards. Sourcing CV’s via internal and external CV databases; phone-screening junior candidates as required. Ensuring that pre-employment checks are completed for all new hires. Filing of employment contracts and related documentation. Desirable: The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy administrative role. Specifically, experience working with HR/Recruitment systems either in-house or in an agency environment would be an advantage. Meticulous attention to detail is essential. Ability to work under own initiative, prioritise workload and retain oversight of all responsibilities in a high volume and fast-paced environment is required. Client focused, both internal and external, with exceptional communication skills. Professionalism at all times via both verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders. Excellent analytical, administration and organisation skills. Proficient Microsoft Office is essential – Excel and Word are crucial.
