We have several vacancies in WEST Co. Limerick for the following Staff: Duty Manager - Minimum of 2 years in a F&B/ Restaurant Supervisory or Duty Manager role in a Hotel or Busy Bar/ Restaurant, Strong Bar experience is required for this role) 25/26K. Chef de Partie & Commis Chef - 1-2 years' experience in Bar/ Restaurant or Hotel, must have volume experience in Irish and Contemporary Cuisine 11/12.50 PH. Hotel Receptionist- Must have minimum of 1 year in a HOTEL reception covering early and late check in, check outs, bill preparation, reservation queries and use of a Front Office Management System 23/25K. Waiting Staff - Must have minimum of 1 year in Hotel Restaurant. Exeprienced with high level of functions, weddings, funerals etc. 10-11.50ph. Own transport is required due to the various locations and infrequent public transport. There is live in Options also for candidates that relocate or cannot commute. Fantastic Employers.
