My client is a well-established lighting company and are seeking an experienced sales professional with at least 2 years’ experience with capital sales/ equipment sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the commercial lighting industry. Key responsibilities. Developing and maintaining a solid customer base through a well-organized journey plan. Selling commercial lighting into retail/ hospitality industry. Introducing our extensive range of lighting including custom lighting range. Liaising with our office team to achieve set objectives. Must have proven “hunter” abilities. Managing existing customers and actively growing new client base. Selling existing products and customer specific products to match customer requirements. Provide a positive input and support to Marketing plans and Trade shows for your area. Accurate and timely completion of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to management. You must have basic knowledge of and experience in using PCs/Laptops/iPads with PowerPoint & Excel. The successful candidate should have: At least 2 years’ experience selling B2B. selling into this specific marketplace will be a distinct advantage. Proven sales track record. Confident, motivated and outgoing individual. Ability to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a successful team.
