Business Development Executive. Southern Region. Working with a well known European company that are looking to recruit a Business developer for the Munster region. The holder of this position will be ultimately responsible for expanding the business by pursuing business leads, liaising with Property Management Companies, Estate Agents, Property Owners/Developers, public tendering opportunities and existing competitor contracts. Duties: • The development of new business. • Meet annual sales targets; • Advertise and sell products/solutions and services of the company to current and perspective customers through various mediums e.g. cold calling, networking, pursuing existing clients etc. • Develop and promote innovative solutions using technical advancements. • Develop and prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients. • Maintain contact and build relationships with existing and potential customers to promote sales. • Maintain an update company CRM - existing sites and potential new sites with accurate, with up-to- date contact and activity details; • Account Management – looking at current accounts and ways of selling enhanced services to existing clients. • Develop and preset status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals; • Participate in events to market the products such as exhibitions, seminars, trade shows, • Help the company implement its marketing activities as required. • Participate in tenders and business proposals as required. • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills/Experience required: • Degree in Business or equivalent qualification. • 3+ years experience in a rapid growth technical sales environment. • Experience of brief taking, proposal preparation, client meetings and presentations. • Experience of working in a similar role within the service or business to business sectors.
