*** french accounts administrator*** job spec : our limerick based multinational client are now recruiting for an accounts assistant with fluent french. this is an excellent opportunity for an french speaker to gain excellent experience within a dynamic multinational environment. the successful candidate will function as an integral part of the finance team assisting in all aspects of accounting, including accurate invoice processing (both ar & ap), bank reconciliations, query resolution, cash/budget management & reporting. job duties : - managing customer and vendor finance queries. - processing invoices, credit notes & payments. - ensure all invoices (ar & ap) are approved. - support cash collection duties within agreed terms. - bank reconciliations. - support other internal teams within the company. - support the finance team leader in any reporting/analysis duties as required. - general ledger & month end support. - assist with other related finance team administration tasks as required. skills/experience needed : - 1-2+ years in a finance/accounts support position. - good communication and inter-personal & numeric skills. - strong it skills. - proven problem-solving skills. - must be a team player. - fluency in french s essential. to make an application or ask for further information, send your cv to thomas.hogan@cpl.ie or call 061221701. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
