HR Officer I currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Officer to advance their career in the HR field in a leading Food Retailer in the Mid-West. This role would ideally suit a HR professional with up to 2 years HR experience in a fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities Full recruitment Lifecycle - Job advertising, short-listing, interview scheduling and undertaking interviews, reference checking and putting together job offers. Training and development - assist with training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps. Management of full starter/leaver process. Rostering of hours for each weekly shift. Issuing of contracts and offers of employment. Employee relations – Dealing with all employee queries. Full HR administration support – updating annual leave, absenteeism etc. Key Requirements: Third level Degree in a HR or Training. 1-2 years’ experience at HR Administrator/Officer level. Proficient in all Microsoft office suites. Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Willing to travel within the Limerick/Clare region to other offices.
