Tax Senior Manager/Director – Mid-West. Due to continued development and growth of their Limerick and Mid-West client base our client is looking to hire a Senior Tax Professional to join and lead their current Tax division. They are looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director. This role will ideally suit someone wishing to take the next step in their career, who ideally is looking to grow and develop their current portfolio of clients and looking to develop a team of key Tax specialists in the Limerick and Mid-West region. This is a key hire for this top tier Practice, you will be a key stakeholder within the business and there will be fantastic opportunities for Professional and Career Progression. Responsibilities. Providing excellence in tax service to a portfolio of corporate clients & high net worth individuals. Collaborating with the other departments on consultancy assignments. Overseeing all corporate and personal tax matters. Researching and presenting detailed technical tax memo’s/Letter of advice to support projects/assignments. Coordinating with other departments to ensure a high quality service proposition by the firm. Corresponding with both Revenue and clients on the clients' tax affairs. Developing new client business together with proposing and winning new business. Develop a strong tax team with timely appraisals. Improve efficiency of the department and firm. Experience. AITI qualified. 6+ years post-qualification tax experience with similar practice. Proven track record in senior management and development of client based solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work as part of a successful team. Strong commercial acumen.
