***comps & bens analyst*** our client, a market leading biotech company based in limerick city are now actively recruiting for an experienced compensations & benefits analyst to join their expanding team on an initial 12 month but with excellent long-term potential. if successful, you will support the development & roll-out & building of comps & bens plans in both ireland & the uk, act as key employee point of contact & support all related upcoming comps & bens projects globally. your key duties : support the roll out & establishment of comps & bens plans across ireland & uk sites. act as key point of contact for employees on benefits matters. become involved in market surveys & implementing compensation guidelines to support hr & recruitment processes. provide support to senior colleagues in hr & divisional managers across finance & legal. work closely with payroll on absence management & implementation of statutory entitlements. provide administrative support as & when needed including on project & change management. your skills/experience we require : 2-3+ years comps & bens experience ideally with exposure to both irish & uk markets. high level ms excel ability including pivot tables, vlookup & other mathematical analysis tools. strong hris knowledge, oracle preferred. excellent organisational ability & proven experience in managing multiple projects/tasks. salary will depend on experience. to make an application or to enquire about this dynamic new job, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick on 061221701 or email your cv to thomas.hogan@cpl.ie. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
