Sigmar Recruitment have a number of exciting Multi-Lingual Customer Service Representative opportunities with our market-leading client in Limerick. These roles are permanent, offering an attractive salary and an immediate start. Languages Required: Dutch. German. French. Hebrew. Czech. Core Duties & Responsibilities: Provision of exceptional customer service via phone and email. Support customers across the globe at major events. Maintain a good balance between productivity and providing a high quality service at all times. Outline and raise opportunities for process improvements internally as appropriate. Liaise with multiple departments to resolve any issues or queries. Candidate Specification: 1-2 years customer service experience. Fluency in English PLUS one of the above listed languages. Good team player. Excellent organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong work ethic. Ability to solve problems in a professional and efficient manner.
