Customer Service Executive Our client a leading company in the Mid-West are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive . This role would ideally suit someone has previous experience in customer service in the manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinating and maintain the sales order processing function – orders, acknowledgements, invoicing and credits. Key point of contact between Customers/Sales Team and Operations, Quality and Technical, to ensure accurate and up to date information is available to the customer/plant always. Liaising regularly with Manufacturing team to ensure committed delivery dates are achieved. Dealing with all customer queries from internal and external stakeholders. Maintaining the Contract Review process for New Products/Customers. Participating in meetings, conference calls, Customer/Notified Body audits as required. Providing f customer forecasting information to support Teleflex planning activities. Effective preparation of weekly and monthly reports. Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Requirements: Third level Diploma / Degree in business or technical field. Ability to work cross functionally. Proficient in all Microsoft office suites. Previous experience in a Customer Services role within a manufacturing/Technical environment. Effective communication and persuasive skills. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with ability to work effectively on own initiative as well as in a team based environment. Drive and ability to maximise sales potential on a monthly and annual basis.
