You will assist in the day to day operations of the Legal Department in respect of cases that are proceeding to Legal or are already in the Litigation process. Responsibilities: Record Management. Documentation Management. Litigation. Reviewing borrower accounts and files. Completion of legal documentation. Preparation of Legal packs. Up date litigation reports. Updtae court lists and system records. Project involvement. Analysis and reporting. Requirements. Third Level Degree. Strong Excel Skills. Legal qualification. 12 months relevant experience.
