Providing precise quotations. Ensuring highest standards of customer service are met. Assisting in implementing promotions and sales drives. Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date. Working on social media platforms. Skills and Experience required: Self-Motivated. Ideally looknig for a sporting background. Positive and enthusiastic attitude. High regard for customer service excellence. Ability to multitask. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, over the phone, face to face and online. Enthusiastic and flexible team player who loves learning and taking on new challenges. Exceptionally high levels of motivation, working both independently and as part of a team. Very strong attention to detail. Good understanding of social media tools, especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Totally proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Must hold a valid driving license.
