Currently, we are recruiting a Financial Accountant to join an established organisation in Limerick on a permanent full time basis. Areas of responsibility will include: Take ownership for a portfolio of clients - Companies/Partnerships & Sole Traders. Responsibility for updating and maintaining ledgers. Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable - controlling Income & Expenses. Compliance - VAT Returns/P30's/Corporation Tax preparation/Partnership & Income Taxes. Ability to present full statutory accounts and footnotes. Deal with auditors. Take tasks to end stage for client as required - preparing Statutory/Tax Accounts/Workings. Dealing with ad hoc client & stakeholder requests. The successful candidate will have the following attributes: Qualified Accountant. Have a good knowledge of common tax heads and filings.
