A labelling specialist is required for our client, a top-ranked, global company based in Limerick. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to join a great team with an excellent salary and benefits. Responsibilities: Reviews artwork requests providing feedback and/or approval as needed to begin development activities. Reviews and/or clarifies market annotations for artwork changes adding site specific details and standard changes as required. Verifies approval of artwork through: Regulatory, and Global Label Review Team (Compliance, Safety/Medical, Regulatory, Marketing and Material Management. Initiates and records all artwork activities within the internal tracking system. Establishes priorities for artwork production based on interactions with market and sites. Routes and tracks artwork through graphics, proofreading, agencies and markets. Maintains a repository of artwork files and history data. Provides markets with updated artwork versions and answers queries around labeling activities and site specific requirements. Provides data related to the tracking of labeling first time quality. Education and Experience: BS/BA or equivalent related artwork development/packaging and project management experience. Must have minimum of 5 years of working experience in the artwork development and packaging setting. Demonstrated ability in project management essential and international exposure desirable. Project management skills to effectively manage the facilitation of labeling projects against shifting priorities in a fast paced production environment. Proficient in software applications MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat; web based applications, including SharePoint and ensur and tracking/approval systems developed specifically for the Packaging department. Ability to work in both PC and Mac environment.
