Office Administrator/ Book Keeper - Educational Charity. The office administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and professional operations at the charity headquarters. Scope. The office administrator reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services. Responsibilities. Provide administrative support to ensure that the Centre operations are maintained in an effective and efficient. Provide support to CEO. Emphasis on BOOKEEPING & DATA entry for financial reports, statistical analysis, grant writing, research and professional frameworks and templates. Maintain confidential records and files. Provide Receptions Services. Knowledge. Bookkeeping and data entry procedures essential. Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentially concerning financial and employee files and service users. Skills. Excellent spreadsheet and word processing required, including strong proficiency in current versions of MS Office: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Fluency in email and internet required. Strong writing skills with attention to professional ambience, clarity and accuracy. Problem solving and self-motivation. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent interpersonal skills. Professional discretion. Effective verbal and listening skills. Confidentiality essential and professional conduct. Personal Attributes.
