Are you a person who enjoys variety in your day and are extremely organised, motivated and a self-starter? CPL are looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to work in a very busy Medical Practice based in Limerick. Suitable candidates must be available to start Mid November. Hours of work are Monday–Friday working 40 hours per week between the hours 8.00am to 7.00pm. Medical experience would be an advantage but not essential. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Reception duties - phones, meet and greet patients / visitors of practice. Scheduling appointments. Responsible for taking all payments coming into the practice, cashing up and balancing books. Maintenance of waiting room. Scanning all documents coming in at reception. Opening post as required and editing same. Supporting doctors and nursing team with all admin and adhoc duties. Office filing , updating Patient database and Retrieving patient charts. Admin Duties. Experience Required: Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a very busy reception. Exposure to medical administration is an advantage but not essential. Works well as part of a very busy team in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail.
