Our client, a technology company based in Limerick currently has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Operations RMA Specialist to join their team. This is full-time, permanent position offering an excellent salary and benefits. The RMA Specialist will work closely with Inside Sales, Systems Application Engineering, Quality, Operations and Logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end, and world-class customer experience. The RMA Specialist will drive process improvement and monitor program results (analytics. Key Essential Functions: Receive, review, and process RMA requests in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding RMA status, shipment and any delivery issues. Resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with Finance on account reconciliation, discrepancies and accurate processing of credits and returns where applicable. Drive Operations / Quality teams in prioritization and completion of RMAs on time. Maintain accurate ship dates and customer information in our ERP system. Document and continuously improve processes that deliver world class service to our customers. Support of data entry and maintenance of our CRM tool as we progress towards utilization of this tool for the RMA business. Education and Experience: 2-4 Year Business Degree with 3-10 years relevant Customer-facing experience, such as Technical Support or Customer Service. Competent in sales order entry systems and processes; Epicor system expertise an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Passion to provide a world class, professional service and support to both internal and external customers. Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible environment that is constantly changing. Analytical, detail oriented, with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy. A talent to succeed in a fast paced, every changing environment with ability to multi task and deliver results. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and follow through on commitments on/before they are due. Must be team-oriented and simultaneously assertive with capacity to work with minimal supervision.
