Catering/Chef Manager- Limerick. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced manager for a catering unit in Limerick City. The candidate will have experience as a cook or a chef and will be responsible for both front and back of house operations. We are looking for creative, dynamic and personable individuals who are motivated and enthused for all aspects of catering management and customer service. The ideal candidate will be up to date with modern cuisines and food trends and have good knowledge of health and safety legislations especially HACCP, hygiene, allergens and nutritional values. Candidate Profile- Professional Qualification in Professional Cookery/ Hotel & Catering Management/Equivalent. 3 Years plus in a management/leadership role. Proven track record in customer facing position. Innovative in their work approach. Industrial catering unit experience. Strong food management skills. Competent with financial managment and costings. Build and maintain excellent client relations. There is an excellent package and salary for the successful candidate This role would suit either an experienced Catering Manager/Chef Manager who is looking for a long term career opportunity.
