HR/Payroll Officer – (6-month Contract. Our client a leading multinational in the mid-west currently has an excellent opportunity for a HR/Payroll Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract during a key time of transition within the global HR support team. Key Responsibilities: Management of full starter/leaver process. Creation of contracts/offers of employment. Full absence management tracking. Personnel File Management. Undertaking probation review meetings. Full payroll administration – liaising regularly with outsourced payroll provider. Answering and resolving all payroll related queries Key Requirements: Third level degree in a HR related area. Proficiency in all Microsoft office suites. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
