Due to continued growth, we require the following staff for roles based at our premises in Eastway, Ballysimon in Limerick City. Delivery Driver B Licence. Working as part of our team, you will report to the Operations Manager. Hours of work will vary depending on the shift assigned. Days of work will be rostered from Sunday to Saturday, again depending on the role. This is seasonal work with possibility of long term employment. We are looking for people with: Fluent written and verbal English. Ability to work to high standard of quality at all times. Ability to think on your feet and use initiative in a fast moving and dynamic environment. Ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis. Be flexible, open to change and have a can-do attitude. Previous experience working in food industry a distinct advantage. Good work practices and able to work in a safe manner, clean as you go practice. 2 – 3 year experience an advantage. Driver B Licence, 25 yrs minimum age for insurance purposes. The successful candidate must have relevant experience in: Customer-service focused, friendly disposition. 2 years van driving experience in a similar-type role is a requirement. Clean full B driver licence with no penalty points is a requirement. Evidence of 5 year no claim bonus required. Ability to follow route plan in an efficient manner to ensure achievement of customer delivery-time targets. Attention to detail and be capable of checking goods in with customer and follow paperwork and sign off procedures. Keep van safe, clean and tidy.
