Job Title: Full Stack Developer. Location: Limerick. Salary: €35-45k. Fantastic new Full Stack Developer job opportunity open in Limerick City with a company who create energy management systems for businesses all around the world. You will be an integral part of the team involved with development of server-side software to interact with their embedded devices. This is the ideal role for someone looking to take the next step in their career with a company who are making visible changes to businesses both nationally and internationally. Full Stack Developer Requirements: B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information. An understanding of algorithms and when to use them is a must - this job is not just about the assembly of a random bunch of frameworks. Although role is primarily Java based, the ability to program in at least one other language (eg. Python, C#/.Net) is also a must. Knowledge of the following technologies is a requirement: JavaScript, Java J2EE, Spring, Spring MVC, Spring Data & Hibernate, SQL. Knowledge of following technologies will be a distinct advantage: AngluarJS, Flask, Django, Apache Camel, JMS, HTTP, AMQP, MQTT, redis, Time Series Databases (TSDBs) such as InfluxDB. In depth knowledge of Amazon's Cloud Computing Services (AWS) is a big advantage. Knowledge of Micro-services architectures woud be an advantage. Understanding of statistical techniques and big-data processing would be a distinct advantage. Knowledge of command line Unix/Linux and shell scripting is a distinct advantage.
