The Senior Manager will have new product development and project management experience in a matrix organisation. The Senior Manager will work with hardware and software development teams. They will also have experience developing products from conception through its entire life-cycle. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for: Leading the product development life-cycle and product management. Develop and move existing products to new platforms. Align product plans to business strategy and plan for the department. Provide continuous improvement and collaborate across cross-functional roles. Develop, implement and protect the Intellectual Property strategy. Relevant Qualifications & Experience. Hold an IT or Engineering Bachelor's degree and preferably a MBA. Have over 12 years experience in new product development and project management. Have experience working with hardware and software teams in a global matrix organisation. Strong business acumen.
